3. Orders and Payments

• Orders must be confirmed in writing via email, purchase order, or signed agreement.
• Payment terms will be outlined in the contract or invoice. Partial or full payment may be required before production or dispatch.
• Delayed payments may impact production or delivery schedules.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• We strive to deliver within agreed timelines. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural events or supply chain disruptions, will be promptly communicated.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be confirmed during order finalization.
• Risk of product loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns and Replacements

• Requests must be made within 7 working days of delivery, accompanied by proof of defects.
• Custom orders are non-refundable unless specifications are unmet.

• Chemical treatments protect against termites and fungus; customers must ensure proper storage for long-term durability.

• Customers are prohibited from reproducing or distributing designs or products without prior consent.

8. Confidentiality

• Customers must maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, processes, and other sensitive company information.

9. Limitation of Liability

• SKA Pallets & Containers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product misuse.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the defective product or service.

10. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor strikes, or government actions.

11. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
